Rep. Sandlin on KONA Radio discusses his grant writers legislation, the vehicle pursuit legislation, and his work on developing the House capital budget
Speaking with Robb Francis and John McKay on the KONA Radio “Bottom Line” program, State Rep. Bryan Sandlin, R-Zillah, gives an update on what is happening in Olympia.
Sandlin discusses his grant writers bill, House Bill 1783, that would require the Department of Commerce to establish a grant program to support associate development organizations in the recruiting, hiring, and retention of full-time grant writers.
He also shared the latest on the law enforcement vehicle pursuit issue, what his work as the assistant ranking member on the Capital Budget Committee entails, and where the House is at in the developing of the capital and operating budgets.
